Welcome to the new Big Printing website! We are extremely excited to get this site launched and finally come to terms with 2012′s new social media. We had the displeasure of getting our old website defaced and it took us a bit of time to get this one launched. But here we are, fully functional and ready to rock!

So what have we been up too? Well, for starters, we moved locations. We are no longer located at our old address of 3606 E. Southern. We now reside at 315 E. Watkins St in Phoenix, Arizona. We moved a bit closer to downtown and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Our new building is wonderfully decorated, has a nice spacious layout and plenty of room for our large format printers. Although 2011 was a challenging year, we have negotiated some new business leads and feel that 2012 is going to be the year of ginormous amounts of growth for us. Why you ask? Well, for one we have a new site, which is currently being monitored and SEO’d beyond our scope of understanding, but we hear that this is going to make us the talk of the town, so we will see. Also, 2012 has brought a new sense of urgency to the sales team, no longer held back by the limitations of no web presence and a lack luster building, we are ready to dominate the industry here locally and nationally. We have our eye on those national retail accounts, so watch out competition!

Johnsonville Trailer Wrap | New Years 2011 | Scottsdale

Big Printing got a call to design a trailer wrap for a food trailer that would be showcased at the New Years Eve block party in Scottsdale. We were quickly put in touch with representatives from Johnsonville who wanted to do a “Sausage House” design on the trailer for when they were serving their delicious hot dogs to hungry New Years revelers. This particular trailer has doors/windows that extend outward on the side revealing a kitchen internally. We utilized the stock photography and the overall purpose of the wrap to make it appealing when the doors were down, or up.

Luis Palau Vehicle Wraps | Cityfest | Tempe, AZ

We recently took on a huge project for City Fest here in Tempe, Arizona. Big Printing was supplied with a layered .psd (Photoshop) file of a poster and asked to use the existing graphics on three vehicles. Only one small problem. One of the vehicles was a 1969 VW Bus Van. We like to be precise here at Big Printing, so we use Pro Vehicle Outlines, but they did not have a template for a 1969 VW Bus. Our creative department shot the van on a Canon 40D DSLR camera, took lot’s of measurements, and then built a custom template in Illustrator. From that template we were able to apply the graphics from the supplied poster into vehicle wrap’s that were in our humble opinion, totally awesome! Take a look below and tell us what you think!
